NEW FOR 2011: CAMPING MADE EASY:
We provide a 14’ by 16’ prospector’s tent (8 feet high with 4 foot walls). These tents come complete with wood floors, rain flys, wood frame beds with foam mattresses and electric lighting. The tents also have small air-tight wood stoves so you can be warm and dry on cool wet days. You only have to bring your sleeping bags and equipment for outside cooking.

Enjoy all the fun of camping but without the hassle of putting up or taking down tents in the rain. No more sleeping on the hard ground.

Rates: $25/person/day (minimum 2 persons) or
$150/person/week.

Reservations:

• Reservations are guaranteed only after required deposit has been received. (We accept VISA and MC over the phone)
• Required deposits are $100/person/week or $20/person/day. Trailer Sites: $100/site/week or $20/site/day.
• Please specify "package plan" if applicable.
• Minimum 3 day booking required.
• Lakair Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to arrival date, less a $25. administration fee.

Charges & Payments:

• We accept VISA, MC, Interac and cash.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
• U.S. dollars exchanged at the current bank rate.
• Gratuities for staff are welcomed and are not included in our rates.
• We believe gratuities should be rewarded based on quality of service and do not include them in our rates. If you are pleased with the service at Lakair please show your appreciation by leaving a gratuity for members of the staff at time of check out.

General Notes:

• Most weekly bookings begin on a Saturday, however we will consider other start days depending on availability.
• Check-in is 2:00pm; check-out is 10:00am
• Guests are responsible for damages to all rental equipment
• Housekeeping guests are expected to keep cabins clean
• A credit card imprint is required with all boat/motor rentals
• Hydrographic Nautical Charts of Lake Nipissing are available for sale ($20.)
• Sea-doos and other "personal water craft" are NOT allowed.
• Dogs are charged at $10/day each. No large dogs please. Pets must be well behaved or they will be asked to leave.
• New, beginning in 2010, all guests can now enjoy free wireless internet at their cottage. We also have electrical hook-ups at some docks for charging boat batteries.
• Please pay for your stay upon arrival.
